At Simpleigh & Proper, we believe great things are worth the wait – but we work hard to get your vintage-inspired goods to you as quickly as possible.
Every order is carefully produced and packed with the same attention to detail that goes into every design we create. Please review our shipping information below so you know exactly what to expect when you place your order.
Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, our print on demand partners carefully produce your item just for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and processing before your order is handed off to the carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window includes both production and shipping.

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and U.S. Outlying Islands. Express shipping is available at checkout for customers who need their order in a hurry.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at simpleighandproper@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Customs, Duties & International Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. Simpleigh & Proper is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Important Shipping Notes
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Simpleigh & Proper is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away and we will do our best to make corrections before production begins.
Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping times may be affected by peak holiday seasons, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. These circumstances are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at simpleighandproper@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Watch our store announcements for holiday order deadline dates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? We begin production quickly, so address changes may not always be possible. Contact us immediately at simpleighandproper@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Do you offer free shipping? We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest offers and deals.
Why is my tracking not updating? Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please reach out to us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
Can I expedite my international order? At this time, express shipping is available for domestic U.S. orders only. We are working to expand our express shipping options for international customers in the future.
