Refund Policy

At Simpleigh & Proper, we pour love into every country western and vintage design we create. Because each product is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us, and we will always make things right if something goes wrong on our end.
WHAT WE COVER
We will offer a replacement or full refund in the following situations:
• Your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error (e.g. misprint, fading, misalignment)
• You receive the wrong item (wrong design, size, or color from what was ordered)
• Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date if the package is lost). Please email us at simpleighandproper@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer. Replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER
Because our products are made on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (all sale items are final sale)
EXCHANGES
We do not offer standard size or style exchanges, as each product is made to order. If you received a defective item and prefer a different size as your replacement, please let us know in your claim email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted and sent to production through Printify, it generally cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at simpleighandproper@gmail.com and we will check whether your order has already entered production. We cannot guarantee cancellations but will always try our best.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
Email us at simpleighandproper@gmail.com with the following:
• Your full name and order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item showing the defect or error
We aim to respond to all claims within 2–3 business days.
